Paramètres OEM et marque propre
La plupart des programmes en marque propre démarrent à 1,000 aérosols par SKU et par couleur. Les commandes multi-SKU et par conteneur complet sont chiffrées au cas par cas, ce qui permet un premier lot d'essai avec une palette mixte.
Le délai de production standard est d'environ 20 jours entre la commande confirmée avec échantillon approuvé et la marchandise prête à l'expédition. Le temps de transit dépend ensuite du port de destination et du programme de départ ; il est chiffré séparément par votre transitaire ou le nôtre.
L'emballage standard est de 12 aérosols par carton sur palettes. Cartons, présentoirs et film rétractable suivent votre fichier.
Votre marque sur l'aérosol, le carton et les documents d'export. Fichier d'étiquette, référence couleur et format de boîte sont figés à l'échantillon.
L'aérosol est une marchandise dangereuse de classe 2.1. La documentation fait partie du produit : elle est préparée par SKU et par expédition, et non à la fin, quand le conteneur attend.
